What challenges did Hunter want Red Cape to address?
Hunter sought someone to elevate her brand by creating a beautiful, high-quality website. She needed someone who could transform her existing brand into a stunning, visually captivating website that reflected her vision and identity.

Without web design skills, Hunter was stuck. She knew she needed someone to do the work for her.
What initial solutions or marketing companies did Hunter try prior to Red Cape?
Initially, Hunter collaborated with a brand and marketing coach who helped her define her brand. However, their role was limited to coaching, leaving her without the practical support to bring her vision to life. “I was getting frustrated. I was paying for coaching that wasn’t getting me anywhere. I felt like I was doing it myself. What I really needed was someone to take my brand and create an amazing website.”

What was the timeline?
The project began in September and took about three months. “They’re good at allowing me to go at my own pace. The team adapted to my needs and schedule and helped me drive it to completion.
The Road Ahead
Were there any unexpected/surprising benefits that Hunter was also able to receive with Red Cape?
In addition to the website, Hunter was pleasantly surprised when Red Cape created social media announcements for her website using her new graphics. “The team goes above and beyond. All I had to do was post them”.
Additionally, Hunter shared, “I feel connectedness and ownership of my brand. It reflects me and my business so well that it helped me work through some of the brand development pieces in a way I now feel connected to it.”
Has Hunter signed on for additional services than what she initially engaged Red Cape for?
Hunter has not yet signed up for additional services. She is interested in LinkedIn posting services but isn’t quite there yet. “I’m going to develop a plan for the beginning of the year, and if I need help, I know where to go.”
What benefits does Hunter anticipate long term with Red Cape?
Long-term, Hunter knows she has a team she can turn to if she needs to update anything. “I feel like I spent years improving my website, trying to make it better, and now that it’s completely redone, I don’t have to worry or think about it. I can just take it off my plate.”
